11-6:
The first thing you need to do in order to prepare for an interview is to get as much background information as possible followed by writing down the three main points you want to establish in your interview.

11-7:
The three "top tips" you should use before an interview:
1. Write down three key messages you want to establish.
2. Be prepared for obvious questions as well as anticipate the more difficult questions. 
3. Practice out loud a few times in front of a mirror or friend to get comfortable.
