Two of four ways a video signal is created:
1. Light passes through the camcorder lens,
which organizesit into a cherent image and
projects it onto the surface of the chip.
2. The chip contains hundreds of thousands
of microscopic sensors. Each sensor responds
differently to the amount and color of light striking it,
so each sensor creates a different electric signal.
